Endeavour Federation: Winner of The Investors in People ‘Employer of the Year’ Award 2020!

We are delighted to announce that Endeavour Federation has won this prestigious award by The Investors In People.

It would usually be held in Old Billingsgate with all the finalists celebrating together, however this year, due to the current circumstances, it was held virtually.

Over the years Endeavour Federation have invested a lot of resources in training its staff in how best to meet the needs of young people with mental health problems, whilst working with other organisations who are at the cutting edge of research.
